Steve Benne is the owner and Chef of MOLTO BENNE CATERING and has been in business for over 24 years. Steve is an honor graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, with training in French and Mediterranean food preparation. He has also studied at the Ristorante Mare Kambo in Sicily, Italy, and in Paris. His interests include the development of diabetic/sugar-free desserts, along with a healthier approach to cooking good food in a more mindful way to better and healthier living.
Molto Benne’s unique style is the product of many years of devoted passion towards food and creative preparation. His added world travels have given him a great insight into cuisines from so many cultures. A passion for life translates into remarkably edible foods. Also a great sensibility for ingredients that blend into great dishes for his clients, friends, and family. His clients also enjoy his positive attitude & attention to all details during their parties/events.
Steve’s also a member of the Golden Gate Business Association, San Francisco FrontRunner’s and connected to many charitable organizations in the Bay area.
