Our outstanding Marketing Department is hoping to add a Digital B2B Marketing Manager to the team. We are looking to recruit someone who has the strategic awareness and hands-on tactical experience to manage a full digital marketing strategy and develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will work with the marketing team to launch campaigns on time and on budget. This is a newly created role with a large scope to really demonstrate your creativity and digital expertise to drive online traffic and engagement, so being a dynamic, versatile, go-getter would suit us down to the ground.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Devise strategies to drive online traffic to our company websites
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of our company websites
- Track conversion rates and make improvements to our websites
- Optimise content across all digital channels
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess goals
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Responsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Responsible for managing and developing a Digital Marketing Assistant
- BS/MS in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
